Another pad build completed for Standard Builders Group/Barn Central!

We utilized existing materials on-site and regraded the land to help redirect water away from and around the new building under construction. Another project focused on making the most of available resources while improving drainage and preparing the site for the next phase.

Another job completed by Freeman Land Solutions, LLC!

We recently completed a project for Deer Point Contracting at an apartment complex where we removed and hauled off a canopy over a playground that had begun to lean and was determined to be a safety hazard.

We carefully tore down and removed the structure, leaving the area clean and ready to reopen.

We hauled in dirt to final grade around this new detached garage, then brought in crusher run (DGA) to tie the driveway into the new concrete pad leading to the garage.

We also hauled and placed Rip Rap along both sides of the driveway to help with erosion control and keep everything looking clean and finished.

Had the opportunity to team up with Standard Builders Group/Barn Central to build a 30x30 pad for Howard Elementary’s STEAM Program!

This will be a great addition to the school and provide students with a dedicated outdoor classroom where they can learn, create, and explore.

Just completed this project for Standard Builders Group/Barn Central!

We cut in and built the driveway with a fresh layer of 3/4" #57 gravel, creating a clean, durable driving surface. We also built a 54' x 42' building pad, capped it with crusher run (DGA), and finished it with a clean, well-graded apron around the pad. The apron is built and ready for final grading once the building is complete.

A properly built pad is the first step toward a strong foundation and a successful build!

Before ➡️ After!

This gravel driveway had developed deep ruts and washouts from rain and regular use. We graded the entire driveway, corrected the surface, and added fresh Crusher Run to create a smooth, durable finish that's built to last.

A properly maintained gravel driveway not only looks better—it also improves drainage, reduces future washouts, and provides a safer, smoother ride.
