Job Duties:
• Oversees all activities in shipping and the warehouse.
• Responsible for the supervision and training of all warehouse employees and their related duties.
• Responsible for plant forklift training.
• Provides shipping quotes for customer service and other plant personnel, as needed.
• Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventories.
• Works with purchasing to order skids, corrugate, consignment packaging, etc.
• Assist in coordinating all shipments in and out of the plant.
• Coordinates with all departments on shipping/packaging solutions and truck load configurations.
• Responsible for waste removal and recycling for the entire plant.
• May serve as back up to Plant Scheduler, when needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work with limited supervision.
