In strategic partnership with CREDE, Pacific Northwest Consulting LLC kicks off the year by wrapping up the Town Surprise project—a luxurious 114-unit townhome-style multifamily property located in Surprise, Arizona.

In May 2022, we initiated the project as the owners' representative for an equity investment firm. Throughout our project management, we played a key role in creating and overseeing the master schedule. Our contributions extended to advising investors on various aspects, including monthly pay application reviews, change order assessments, biweekly site inspections, and providing regular reports.

Now building W, the final component, obtained its certificate of occupancy on 12/28/23. Currently, the project is entering the closeout phase, with the final punch list underway for Building W.

Pacific Northwest Consulting was hired last April by the developer of the Hampton Inn in Sherwood OR. The project was completely out of control on both the schedule and as well as the budgets. The existing GC was let go and PNWC brought on a new general contractor to I get the project moving forward and to get the budgets back under control. Once we achieved getting the project back in line and resolved the issues that the previous GC left, the developer had their staff take project back to manage with the assistance of PNWC. The property should be nearing the Grand Opening.

Pacific Northwest Consulting provided a property inspections and reports for an investor on the acquisition of a Big Lot's site in Everett, Tacoma and Vancouver Washington. The closing will be complete in mid September. Once that has been completed we will take on the task as the owners rep. to re-develop the property to add a drive thru restaurant/coffee on the site. We are ready to submit the land-use application as soon as the acquisition is complete.
