When ABDM identified that a newly activated outbound sort zone had no physical separation between its forklift traffic lane and pedestrian corridor, the team moved to close that gap before an incident occurred. Safety railing was installed to create a hard barrier between the two traffic flows, a designated pedestrian walkway was established, and safety signage was placed to reinforce correct routing.
