This model by Kat Hill is brilliant. She’s talking about chronic illness (specifically her and others' experience with Parkinson’s) - and this wisdom is universal and so applicable to career.

- Are you at a crossroads event? (layoff, reaching an internal limit with your current work, a calling you can't ignore...)

- Can you take some time to look at the options in front of you, to pause and explore them?

- Is there a way to find excitement and connection along with the fear that you are changing?

- What does intentional wellness mean in work?
