📣 Join the Conversation: What are your strategies for balancing wellness and your desire to build your business? 🌀🧡

Balance has a new meaning when you're trying to grow an embodied business. Our nature is to help others, share our gifts & give. But doing that in a way that feels good for the nervous system, and works around our lives is harder than it sounds.

The balancing act is constant. It's not balancing work & life. It turns into balancing your growth, your health, your family, your social life, your rest, your research, your capacity for building a business.

We want to be aligned and magnetic. We end up pushing to hard at our passions and needing to step back. Then re-engage. Then pull back again. Go hard again. Rest. Focus. Repeat.

This can't be the only way.

What are your thoughts on this? What can you share, and what can we learn from one another?

Whitney Kenney & Kat Billington worked on Healing Arts Collective in Redding, CA together for 5 years before fate separated them, and the answer was clear. Bring the vision for a supportive community for holistic business owners, new & experienced into the virtual world.

It was an idea we had played with for a while, but was always last on the endless to-do list of entrepreneurship. But the universe conspired to get us here, so we listened and double downed on the vision.
