Nobody talks about how many businesses are one resignation letter away from total chaos.

Spent part of this morning cleaning up access for someone who left a Portsmouth business eight months ago. I wish I had a dollar for every time a small business owner told me "nobody's going to bother with us."

A dentist with 900 patient records. A contractor with 40 subcontractor W-9s and a folder of bank routing numbers. A salon with three years of customer emails and credit card authorizations. You are not invisible to the people who do this for a living. You are actually the target.
