“Stepping out of your comfort zone” seems to be the phrase of the decade. When we think of “stepping out” we tend to think of it in terms of big bold steps – a new job, a change in career direction, a major relocation, or a significant change in a relationship status.

In my latest blog, I share why it is important to challenge yourself to grow and develop new ways of thinking, leading and interacting, even if it doesn’t feel good at first: https://www.fifthgearcoaching.com/blog/comfortzone
