Getting creative on what means - like food, time, sensory inputs like colors and sounds, self talk, and who you’re in close proximity with - is how you can truly and intentionally curate what you’re putting out into the world.��As someone who tends to absentmindedly pick up her phone for a quick dopamine hit (that also somehow overstimulates me??) putting a greyscale toggle on my iPhone has been a game changer.��RECOMMENDED FOR LITERALLY ANYONE WITH AN IPHONE.
