Caregiver Job Duties
Our professional caregiver duties will vary depending on the needs and requests of the client and family. Typical home-care duties and caregiver job descriptions may include:
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)

Companionship and emotional support
Meal planning and preparation
Laundry and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Assistance with other activities of daily living
Qualifications:
Current and valid certificates or licenses (CSCA/PCA class available if needed for $150)
Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen
Reliable transportation is a must
Must have an operable smartphone for the VA required EVV clock-in system
Good organization, customer service, and communication skills

Additional Benefits:
On-Call/PRN shift bonus/Incentive Pay
$150 Referral Bonus if aide works 150 hours in five-weeks
Mobile time tracking and care notes, employees can easily clock in and out for work right from a mobile device.
