Month to month options here at IncuHub were built for you the business owner by us as business owners.

Our newest membership level, the Shared Office, was designed from those in the community that needed a more private space to work but not a full-time office in which to leave their company materials.

For $295/month you can work in one of our furnished offices ten hours per week, utilize on-site amenities, and have access to all member events!

Downtown Newport News, you say? Where parking is notoriously horrible? Don't worry, friend. Parking is included in your membership.

Summer is here! And that means we're excited to welcome another group of outstanding Interns from Portsmouth Public Schools who will be spending their summer at IncuHub!

Ms. Amina Blakley is a rising senior at Manor High School and will be working directly with IncuHub this summer, providing administrative, marketing, and member support. Amina will be a regular presence in our Portsmouth location building during the next several weeks - if you see her, please be sure to introduce yourself!

In addition to Amina, three other students will be joining IncuHub members for the summer and supporting their businesses as well as learning about entrepreneurship.

Please join us in welcoming all of these outstanding students and help us ensure they have a fantastic internship experience!
