OGHR is looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based business with its digital marketing, social media, and lead-generation activities.
This is a part-time remote role with the potential to grow in hours and responsibilities as the business expands.

๐Manage Facebook and Instagram content
๐Create and schedule approximately 2โ3 social media posts per week
๐Write engaging captions and marketing copy
๐Support lead-generation activities and track incoming leads
๐ Review and help optimize existing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
๐Identify campaign issues and recommend practical improvements
๐Assist with audience, keyword, ad copy, and campaign adjustments when needed
๐Help organize leads using a tracker or CRM
๐Suggest additional lead-generation channels and marketing opportunities
๐Monitor social media inquiries and help route qualified leads appropriately

Hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing

Experience with lead generation

Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads

Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Strong English communication and copywriting skills

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Proactive mindset โ someone who can recommend solutions, not just wait for instructions

Experience using a CRM or lead-tracking system is preferred
