We are hosting the first “Space to Lead” leadership retreat here in Puerto Rico February 2 - 5, 2027.

Twelve leaders. Three days. One facilitator. No distractions.

We’re creating space for leaders to find whatever it is they need most: inspiration, less noise, a clearer sense of who they want to be. You’ll be surprised what shows up when you finally have room to think.

Jermaine has been building the curriculum: three days of honest, substantive, practical leadership development built around his ‘three Cs’: Character, Connection, and Courage. I’ve been in the details making sure you won’t have to think about anything else for three days.

Part of this experience will take place at our home, which feels more significant than I have words for.
