What starts in one room can reveal a much bigger story. At a nearly 100,000-square-foot facility in Tennessee, mold discovered in a single room led to a much larger investigation. Years of roof leaks and failures around PTAC units had allowed moisture intrusion to impact the majority of rooms throughout the building.

Our Large Loss team addressed the extensive damage, with a scope that included containment, demolition and mold remediation, followed by reconstruction of affected areas. The work expanded to include replacing damaged drywall and carpet, aging units, and exterior repairs.

What began with one discovery became a complex, facility-wide restoration project, and a reminder that identifying the full extent of damage early can make all the difference in what happens next. After a fire at a municipal public works facility in New Hampshire, our team handled the mitigation work needed to stabilize the property and prepare it for the next phase. Now, we're overseeing the rebuild, managing the project as it moves from mitigation into reconstruction.
