Deciding to separate my fitness coaching and my apparel line.

Great Sunday Session. 1 mile run through the streets.
1 mile run on our local walking track. Stopping at every bench for a extra workout.
Finished with a 400 meter lunge with a 400 meter walk and some time running steps!!
Great way to end the weekend!
