Recently, I’ve been absent due to various reasons, and I’d like to share a few key points for complete transparency: Following my previous hospitalization, I’ve experienced significant setbacks, including losing three highly competitive contracts - two worth seven figures and one worth six figures. The most substantial loss was due to a misquote, where I quoted in linear feet instead of linear yards, forcing me to retract my proposal. This led to feelings of inadequacy, but my brother’s prayers helped me persevere. To cover expenses, I’ve had to conduct a fire sale of my personal belongings. Additionally, my mental health issues and business decisions led to the end of a relationship. Finding myself without financial resources has been a challenging experience. Many people showcase their successes while hiding their struggles. This journey has been isolating and difficult, but the knowledge and inspiration gained from fellow entrepreneurs have transformed me. As a wise saying goes, life’s challenges are a package deal, and the lessons learned will ultimately be revolutionary.
