She not technically wrong yet there are caveats. The Big Co. will push this and sprinkle a painfully small amount of seed and just a SINGLE pass with a old style drum machine which lacks proper plugs per square foot ratio. Not cost effective at any price. The biggest problem I see year after year is incorrect WATERING. In fact if your lawn has enough Kentucky bluegrass currently you DON'T need additional seed.
