We also offer an online support ticket system where you may create a trouble ticket and also follow the progress until the resolution. This allows the customer the ability to find out the status of their request or see a history of previous requests. The customer receives an email notification every time the ticket is updated (i.e. assigned to a technician, transferred to another technician, waiting for customer approval, etc.) and the customer even has the ability to respond directly to these tickets so that the technician can see and respond back if necessary.
