What you all see is the growth, the awards, even the amazing TV appearances but what you don’t see are the late-night phone calls, the many hard conversations, the moments we doubted ourselves, and the literally
h u n d r e d s of decisions we’ve made together over 4.5 years to get us here.

Finding someone who believes in what you’re doing as much as you do? That’s HARD. We both feel so lucky we went into business with someone who went all in on this. Someone who says jump and the other person doesn’t even blink an eye. Every crazy idea isn’t a question it’s a “Let’s do it.”

We just wrapped up handling laundry for the PGA Championship in mid May.

Now we’re full swing into a major summer camp partnership. Think towels & linens in all sorts of pretty colors 🌈

To some, it’s just laundry.
To us, it’s trust.
Trust from families.
Trust from organizations.
Trust from events with hundreds of people depending on things being done right.

Here’s what we’ve never told you:

Four years ago, when we walked into the Main Line Love Awards for the first time, we felt like imposters.

We were a brand new business. We were gaining traction, helping dozens of families, and people were incredibly supportive. It wasn’t that we weren’t welcomed. It wasn’t that we didn’t have people believing in us.

It was us.

We looked around at all of these established businesses and thought, “Do we really belong here?”

Fast forward four years later, and we’ve learned something: you don’t need decades behind you to deserve a seat at the table.

You just need to keep showing up, keep serving people well, and keep believing in what you’re building even before you fully believe you belong.

Last night, standing there again as a winner for Bucks County, Philadelphia County, and Main Line Parent hit differently.

Because this time, we didn’t feel like imposters. We stood there while the room clapped for US.

On the ride home we realized we had grown into the room we once felt too small for ❤️

11 days & core memories made. 🏌️‍♂️🧺

From late nights and nonstop loads… to seeing our laundry specialists step up in a huge way… we wrapped up the PGA Championship after completing 4,555 pounds of laundry!!!!

We’re incredibly grateful for every laundry specialist who jumped in, every person who cheered us on, and everyone who followed along for the ride.

Special shoutout to from CBS Philadelphia and from FOX29 for helping share our story and showing support for our business throughout the week ❤️

Big opportunities are exciting but watching yourself and the women here at LTL rise to the occasion was the best part. On to the next one. 😉🙌🧺
