Service Ops

Service Ops AI-powered automation for service businesses—streamlining customer service, intake, scheduling, follow-up, and administrative tasks for growing companies.

The most common issue I see isn't effort. It's where the effort is going.

Your best people are talented, motivated, and spending half their day on work a system could do. Not because anyone planned it that way — just because no one ever stopped to ask what actually needs a human and what doesn't.

That's the question we help small businesses answer.

When you get that clarity — and build around it — capacity opens up without adding headcount. Pipelines move without manual follow-up. Clients get faster responses without anyone working harder.

That's what operations built around AI actually looks like in practice.

Curious what that could look like for your business? Link in bio.

Your team didn't sign up to chase paperwork & neither did you.

But somewhere between processing documents, chasing invoices, logging CRM notes, and trying to keep the pipeline moving — that's where the day goes. And for a small business, that's not just frustrating.

It's expensive.

We help small businesses automate the workflows that eat up their sales and customer service teams — so people can get back to the work that actually matters. The conversations. The relationships. The stuff that grows revenue.

Here's what we're taking off people's plates right now:
→ Document processing — handled automatically
→ Lead generation — qualified and routed without the manual legwork
→ Invoicing — generated and tracked without the back and forth
→ CRM notes — logged in real time so nothing falls through the cracks

We're a new business, we're growing, and we're working closely with our early clients to get real results. No fluff. Just cleaner operations and teams that actually have capacity again.

If any of this sounds familiar, let's have a conversation. No hard sell — just a honest look at where automation could help.

Rome wasn't built in a day... but everyday the people showed up and they built.

Most small businesses don’t need more tools.
They need fewer, implemented correctly.

This week we stepped back and looked at something important:

Over-engineering visibility is the same mistake as over-engineering automation.

Chasing tactics doesn’t build leverage.
Clear systems do.

At Service Ops, our focus is simple:

• Identify one revenue leak
• Install one practical automation
• Measure impact
• Expand from there

AI works best when it reduces cognitive load — not when it adds complexity.

If you’re exploring automation this year, start with one question:

Where is time or follow-up breaking down in your business right now?

That’s where opportunity lives.

Wrapping up a big week — here's what we've been building:

🔧 Launched an automated accounts receivable follow-up system designed specifically for businesses operating on credit/terms agreements. Chasing payments is one of those tasks that eats time and creates awkward conversations — this takes care of initial outreach and tracking so nothing falls through the cracks.

📦 Built and deployed an AI agent for an Amazon KDP store to automate product listings and generate trending AI-assisted coloring books end-to-end. The goal: scalable passive income with minimal manual input.

🐍 And on a personal note — knocked out the first few modules of my Python course. I already work alongside a talented developer, but I'm a firm believer in understanding the tools behind what I build. Knowledge compounds.

If any of these sound like a problem you're dealing with in your business — whether it's chasing invoices, scaling an ecommerce store, or just knowing there are tasks that should be automated but aren't yet — send me a DM. I'd love to help & have the demos to show for it.

There are two types of people on the internet right now.

The Scrollers are doom-scrolling through content, chatting with AI about what they could do, asking it for business advice they never act on, and saving posts they'll never revisit. They're informed. They're inspired. But they're stuck in consumption mode.

The Operators are building AI agents that run their workflows, creating content with these tools instead of just consuming it, and using social media to offer value — not just absorb it. They skipped the endless research phase and went straight to doing.

Same feeds. Same tools. Completely different trajectories.

Right now it's a divide in behavior. Give it a few years and I believe it'll be a divide in class. The gap between those who use AI and those who just talk to AI is going to be one of the defining economic splits of this era.

The difference is action. Always has been in business, but AI amplifies this fact.

That's exactly why I built Service Ops — to help businesses & entrepreneurs stop circling and start building. We get agentic AI working inside your operations so you're not just aware of the future, you're running on it.

I spent way too long reading about AI before I actually tried using it.

Then I heard Wade Foster (the guy who started Zapier) on a podcast say something simple: hands on keyboards.

So I did. And it changed everything for me. Some things I figured out right away. Other things I realized I needed help with. But I never would've known the difference if I just kept reading articles about it.

If you've been curious about AI but haven't actually sat down and played with it — just try it. You'll surprise yourself.

The bots are taking over!!!

In all seriousness, the OpenClaw stuff is an amazing, funny & (slightly scary) story to follow. But if this has exposed anything to me, it is how advanced the tech has truly gotten. And how big of a gap there is between the average business's adoption & the capabilities of Agents.

If you want to hear learn about how AI fits into your current system this is your sign!

Somebody accepted a task to stand outside holding a poster reading, “An AI paid me to hold this sign,” then uploaded photo proof and received $100 in USDC.

A new website called RentAHuman.ai is going viral after enabling AI-initiated tasks to be completed by real people in public.

The platform was launched by developer AlexanderTw33ts and allows AI agents to hire humans for real-world tasks through an API.

Humans create profiles listing skills, location, and rates, while tasks range from errands to in-person verification, with payments made via stablecoins.

Real talk — most companies jumping into AI right now are doing it completely backwards. 😅

They start with "we should use AI somewhere" and then go hunting for a problem.

That's like buying a tractor before you even own a farm.

The businesses that are actually seeing results? They start with the pain point.

Where are we wasting time?
What keeps breaking?
What's someone on the team doing manually that could take seconds with automation?

Once you figure that out, the right solution pretty much picks itself.

That's exactly how we work at Service Ops — we look at your operations first, find the bottlenecks, THEN build the automation. Not the other way around.

AI is a game-changer. But only when you point it at the right problem.

So tell me — what's the one thing in your business that eats up way too much of your time? Drop it below 👇

AI doesn’t replace people — it replaces the work that drains them and keeps them from their full potential.

Five years ago, a great Sales Leader knew how to build a team, coach reps, and hit quota. Today? That's table stakes.

The best sales leaders are now part strategist, part systems architect, part AI trainer. They're asking different questions:

Which parts of our sales function should run on autopilot?
Where do humans add irreplaceable value?
How do we design workflows where AI and people amplify each other?

The companies figuring this out aren't just more efficient—they're 10x faster with half the team.

The ones still running on 2019 playbooks? They're wondering why everything feels harder.

Ever call a plumber on a Saturday and get voicemail after voicemail?

You're not alone. Over 40% of weekend calls to home service businesses in our area go unanswered. (And yes, that's when most emergencies happen!)

Here's what blew my mind while researching local PA businesses:
78% of people hire whoever responds first. Not the cheapest. Not the one with perfect reviews. Just whoever picks up the phone or replies to their message first.

If you respond within 5 minutes, you're 21x more likely to book the job than if you wait even 30 minutes.

Local business owners - when are most of YOUR calls coming in? And are you able to answer them?
