A year ago, I took a giant leap of faith with a lot of help from my wonderful support system. I’m so proud of all that I accomplished this year and the clients I got to help, the people I got to meet and the work I got to do.

Apparently we’re getting a blizzard tonight. Just when the snow was finally starting to melt.

The boys are thrilled. I’m half thrilled, half already thinking about what we’re going to cook to really lean into the cozy vibes.

A snow day forces everything to slow down. No running around. No errands. Just home.

And honestly? I kind of love that.

I’ll probably use a little of the quiet to clean up some backend stuff for clients while the boys build forts and Legos. Nothing crazy. Just the kind of work that makes Monday feel a little more organized.

Coffee shop work days hit different. There’s something about stepping outside your normal environment that helps you think bigger. This morning I was mapping out content, tightening messaging, and building systems that make my clients’ businesses feel aligned and intentional. Marketing doesn’t have to be loud. It has to be clear. And clear always wins.

I don’t take mornings like this for granted. I’m able to sit here because my mom is at home playing trains and cuddling with the littles, and that kind of support is the reason I get to build something meaningful. Rich in life looks a lot like that. Good things are indeed coming.

When we talk about touchpoints, most people immediately think of social media. But a touchpoint is not just a post.

It is any moment someone interacts with your brand.

It is the friend who mentions your name at dinner.
The Google review someone reads before reaching out.
The email that quietly lands in their inbox.
The website that makes things clear instead of confusing.
The thoughtful follow up after an inquiry.
The event where they see your logo again.

Individually, those moments feel small.

Together, they build familiarity.

And familiarity builds trust.

What slows growth for most businesses is not lack of talent.
It is the space between those moments.

When visibility is inconsistent, trust takes longer to form.

Touchpoints are not about being everywhere.

They are about creating steady, intentional interactions over time

A simple marketing principle I remind my clients of often:

Most people need multiple touchpoints before they are ready to take action.

They might see your content.
Visit your website.
Hear about you from a friend.
Notice your name again later.

Trust builds through repetition.

If you are posting once and feeling discouraged, it may not be your message. It may just be timing.

Consistency creates familiarity.
Familiarity builds trust.
Trust drives decisions.
