Production Department:
Our company is growing and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our production team. Our production teams work under the guidance of our project managers to perform mold remediation, radon mitigation, and energy efficiency solutions. We provide services utilizing the latest building science techniques. This scientific approach sets us apart from many of our competitors and enables us to provide homeowners with healthy, comfortable, and efficient homes. Advancement in the company is extremely likely. Laborers oftentimes will be promoted to a foreman position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The laborer will perform assigned tasks as dictated by the Production Manager, Project Manager, and Foreman. These tasks include, but are not limited to, demolition, construction, mold remediation, insulation installation, radon mitigation, air sealing, clean up and sanitization services, encapsulation, equipment installation, duct cleaning, and painting.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
All training is provided by Expediant Environmental Solutions, LLC. However, construction and building science experience are preferred. Every home is different and oftentimes may require an alternate approach. Therefore, innovation and critical thinking are a must. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Be prepared to engage in physical activity throughout the shift. Power tools are an essential component of our projects and skillful and safe operation of these tools is required. You must be able to wear a half-face or full-face respirator (that will be provided by the company). We work in a myriad of spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, etc. Therefore, you must be comfortable climbing ladders, walking on beams, and working in cramped spaces.
