We kicked off the morning with coffee, pastries, networking, and great conversations. ☕

Did you know that we have a Mentorship Program? And it's free for ABC San Diego members!

Our program connects future construction professionals with industry leaders and peers, focusing on career development to shape young professionals into future leaders. The program provides guidance, support, and encouragement to individuals looking to grow, learn, and succeed personally and professionally.

Mentee applications are OPEN, now until March 24, 2025.

The ABCSD Young Professionals Mentorship Program runs from April to November and is designed for construction professionals in all phases of their careers at every level as well as in diversified positions.

Program Benefits:
⚙️Build new relationships both professionally and personally.
⚙️Develop strong communication skills.
⚙️Receive guidance and support from someone in your trade and/or industry.
⚙️Guidance on professional development goals.
⚙️Learn from other’s experiences.
⚙️Exposure to new and different perspectives

Our Process:
1️⃣ Apply: Tell us about yourself, the type of mentoring you’re interested in, and your goals.
2️⃣ Review: After application period closes on March 24, 2025, our Young Professionals Committee will review your application and will pair you with a mentor that is the perfect match for you.
3️⃣ Connect: Our committee facilitators will reach out to connect you with your mentor. They will help make sure your mentorship is successful.
