Callahan Construction, Inc. is looking for experienced maintenance or construction personnel who have worked in multiple trades. We are open to hiring an experienced handyman and/or someone who is good with their hands, tools and has an impressive amount of common sense. Candidates must be responsible and able to work independently and be time conscientious without affecting the quality of work.
A truck is a necessity for this job big or small you need something with a bed on the back.
The pay is anywhere from $18-$25 an hour to start depending on your experience.
At Callahan Construction, we focus on commercial property maintenance. We currently service over 18 outdoor shopping centers from Chula Vista to LaCosta to El Cajon keeping the centers looking their best with safety in mind for tenants and customers.
The work involves a lot of painting, repairs to concrete work, doors and locks, emergency board-ups, striping, drywall repair, some minor electrical work, sign replacements, and generally anything else that is needed. We are the people they call when they need to get it done.
