Another project rolling for a great client in Redmond. Today we removed an existing patio to make way for a kitchen addition and expansion. Demo went smooth and we’ll be back tomorrow digging footings and getting the site ready for the next phase.

Big one underway out in Bend.

Full site development on this custom home — clearing, excavation, utilities, and everything it takes to turn raw ground into something ready to build on.

Projects like this are where the details matter. Elevations, drainage, access, sequencing… all of it has to be right before anything goes vertical.
