Do you or your business keep getting calls from UNL refund "department" about W2 employees in 2020 an 2021 because you have a refund! IT is a fraud call! NEVER EVER give you personal or business information over the phone. The governemt will NEVER call you about a refund. They will keep your overpayment until you ask for it, or apply it to your next years bill. The UNL department is not any part of the governement, it is FRAUD! Remember the government is NEVER GOING TO CALL YOU about a refund. You will however receive letters in the mail as your first warning something is wrong....it comes from THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY!!! [Dept. of IRS]

Hello all you crazy generous employers out there using payroll service providers whether it is us or another provider....You still need to run your year-end bonuses thru Payroll cuz it's not tax free, it's payroll! when you don't it makes a big fat mess that costs you way more than it would have. All bonuses need to go on your employees W2 because no matter what it is still income! Thank you for your attention to this matter! 🙂

#1 Rule in using a bookkeeper: Keeping information from your bookkeeper whether on purpose or by accident is never a good practice. We always find out AND it will always cost you more in the end.😉

In response to the spread of COVID -19 and the CORONAVIRUS, we here at Juniper Office Services want to stay safe and keep our clients safe as well. Until April 1st [at this point] UNLESS you are just using the drop box outside the front door, we would appreciate that you call us before dropping by PLEASE. We are by appointment only and would like to strictly enforce this policy until we are all able to get back to normal. Our phones still work, so does our email and we are still operating as NORMAL in our little house out in the country isolated from most of the world and its nasty virus. We want to keep it that way. 🙂 We hope everyone of our clients is untouched, prospers and gets back to normal as soon as possible but until then. They cannot see suspicious activity on your SS #! That's what credit monitoring companies are for, so don't press any button but the spam button!!!
