As a Sales Account Specialist, you'll manage inbound leads, prospect new business, grow existing accounts, and help clients find creative promotional product solutions that meet their marketing and branding goals.
Sales Account Specialist
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday
Work Location: Powell Office
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and web leads
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Create proposals and recommend promotional product solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up on opportunities and close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
What We're Looking For:
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance prospecting, account management, and customer service
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Positive team player with a strong work ethic
- 1+ year of customer service or B2B sales experience
- Sales training or CRM experience is a bonus
