We were so excited to try the new sander that we completely forgot before pics🤦🏻and we forgot to get more sandpaper so we ran out but we finished up with out hand sander no issues!

One small section of deck that was expanded that was severely weathered then 2 boards with test stain were sanded back to match the newly cut addition.

After some heavy sanding and one coal of WoodLux Natural on this deck looks brand new like it was just built!

After pictures are still wet but this deck seriously pops now and this customer is beyond happy!

We are happy to be getting some warm weather so we can knock out our last few paint/stain projects for the season but we will be shut down for outside paint/staining soon due to the weather!

We enjoy what we do! 😊🫡🤘🏻
We THANK YOU! For your support and opportunity to make your property look REFRESHED✨🧼💦

We finally got to finish up this multi project!

We had some help from McConnell excavation on getting the dock out💪🏻💪🏻

Got that cleaned up then we got onto installing the premium skirting!

We finished up the skirting with a coat os Sherwin-Williams Fireweed red Semi solid Oil based to batch the deck as soon as the moisture meter was below 15 🖌️🎨✨✨✨

Our finished pics are semi dry as we were in the shade but these guys can now enjoy the deck and pond 😎

As always thank you all as you all are what makes my company succeed 🫶🏻🖤

We had a tiny window of good weather yesterday and got this little project done!
Thankfully we were painting cement panels so we weren't dealing with moist wood like our other 2 jobs we are waiting for our moisture meter to let us finish🙄🙄🙄

Clean gutters! New gutter guards! And the foundation is now paint matched!!

We are doing our best to keep on schedule with this weather we may be a bit behind on starting/finishing your project, thank you for your understanding!

Insurence satisfactory moss removal

We had some serious moss on this roof along with the gutters but we gave it our special treatment to extend the life of this roof.
With our 3 part soft wash process with a low pressure rinse down this roof is now looking new and safe from any damage from moss growth!

Here at Stratton and Sons we don't just clean it, we treat it so it doesn't grow back as fast! With our years experience and our drive we always complete the job with a smile on our customers face that lasts for years!

Just a reminder,

With it being later in the season, we are still able to safely clean/paint, but with the cold/dew we will be starting later in the day!

Realistically we will be showing around 930 to 1030 am and working until we finish for the day!

Thank you all for choosing us 🫶🏻🫶🏻

EXOTIC Hardwood Teak that has been unmaintained sadly...

We did a maintenance wash on this deck for the winter also as a slight prep for next seasons restoration.
Our end goal is those colors popping always even when dry✨✨✨✨

Stay tuned for this restoration project early next season!
