We’re looking for a talented Construction Estimator who knows how to turn plans and specs into accurate, competitive bids. If you love the challenge of preconstruction, enjoy working with subcontractors, and want to be part of a company that’s building big things across Oklahoma, this role is for you.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
• Creating detailed estimates for commercial projects
• Using digital tools for takeoffs
• Reviewing and leveling subcontractor bids
• Helping shape bid strategy
• Supporting project teams during handoff and early construction

You’ll Succeed If You Have:
• 3–5 years of commercial estimating experience
• Strong plan‑reading skills
• Experience with Bluebeam/PlanSwift
• Great communication and organization
• A passion for building strong subcontractor relationships
