Your HOA can't stop you from getting our internet.

There's a federal rule, the FCC's OTARD rule, that protects your right to put a small antenna on property you own or control. It covers our equipment, and HOA boards lose this one every time.

If you've got a neighbor stuck with slow internet or a provider that won't answer the phone, send them our way. When they sign up, we take a month off your bill, and they get their first two months free!

Chino Valley and Williamson Valley service update

Tomorrow, August 4th, between 8:00am and 4:00pm, we're installing the permanent replacement equipment from last week's lightning strike at the site serving your area. You'll see a brief interruption, roughly 20 minutes, while the hardware gets swapped. No action needed, service comes back on its own.

Your area took the worst of that storm, and this swap is the final repair. After tomorrow, the temporary gear comes out and you're back on permanent equipment at full strength.

No power lines out here. This site runs entirely on solar and batteries, and it exists for one reason: getting real internet to homes every other provider passed on. That’s what covering this county actually takes.

And because our service comes from towers, not trenches, getting connected never means digging up your driveway, your yard, or your street. If you’ve watched construction crews tear through parts of the Quad Cities lately, you know why that matters.

Service update, the good kind!

Every customer affected by the lightning strike should now be back online.

A small part of our network is currently running on backup equipment, spare parts, and a personal grudge against one specific bolt of lightning. It’ll hold just fine until the permanent hardware goes in next week, and we’ll announce those short maintenance windows here before they happen.

Service update

Chino Valley: today we’re relocating temporary equipment to bring the remaining offline customers back up. Customers currently online in the affected area will see a brief interruption, about a minute, while the equipment moves. No action needed on your end, service will restore on its own.
