This deserves a Sunday shout out. TWELVE YEARS.

Greg dedicated 4,380 days of his life to Lake Appliance Repair. He started out at 3am, delivering appliance parts across the Greater Sacramento area. I'll admit it — I doubted him at first. But he showed up and showed out, time and time again.

The guy worked hard. He had fun. He had a hand in shaping the morale that's carried Lake through the years — the Christmas parties would never have been the same without him.

Greg has been through a lot of change: managing the parts department, getting promoted to Field Service Manager, taking on our Distribution Center in Montana, and countless projects in between. And Greg is never afraid of a challenge — he put himself through a Toastmasters course to speak with more confidence. He's climbed a ropes course 40 feet in the air, with one arm. He taught himself Excel, pivot tables, and AI tools to unlock the reporting data that helps him drive better results.

He's unstoppable, and we are so excited to see what Greg does over the next 12 years.
Greg — thank YOU. For every customer you turned around, every part you managed, every smile you put on our faces, and every hour you've given to Lake. We appreciate you.
