Happy Sweet 16 to this guy!
Hard to believe that on this day 16 years ago Brendan joined our family at at just 5 pounds 1 ounce- now he's the tallest in the house!
He's grown into a pretty special person and I'm so proud that I get to be his dad.

It's the first Father's Day without my dad. I'd give anything for just one more day, one more talk, one more walk...
I miss him every day but feel so blessed for all of years that I got to spend with him, all of the lessons all of the memories.

It's been a week and the dust has settled on this year's Dental Success Summit. My voice is back and life is slowly getting back to its "normal" rhythm.

During the frenzy of a Summit weekend, it's tough just keeping up and making sure that the show stays on schedule. So if you were there and I didn't get a chance to chat I just wanted to send out sincere thanks for everyone who traveled out west to spend time with our DSI and DSN teams and members and the other attendees. What an epic weekend!

Logistically, the DS teams registered, processed and shepherded 700+ attendees, over 50 sponsors, 13 speakers, 2,800 meals, 2 happy hours, one white party bash, and one celebrity keynote. There's so much work that happens behind the scenes that no one really notices that is so important to a smoothly run event. And they nailed it. I'm beyond grateful for this incredible team who just pulled off a world-class event flawlessly. Thank you team!

Congratulations to all of our Transformation contest contestants and the audience selected winner, Dr. Travis Coleman. You all did an incredible job with your presentations.

To our newly inducted black belts, congrats on your achievement and all of your success. You deserve it!

Trying to balance relationships, parenthood, business ownership, clinical responsibilities leaves so many dental professionals stressed and overwhelmed. And not surprisingly one of the first things that gets neglected is our physical health.
For a lot of us busy professionals it’s tough to keep up to date on all of the latest research on diet, exercise, sleep, and overall, how to keep our bodies health and fully optimal.

😢My return trip to Kingston, Jamaica to speak to the dental students at the University of West Indies was cancelled but the consolation was a virtual lecture this morning. Thanks to Dr. David Dunning for the invite and for always pushing the envelope for the the students at UWI and UNMC!

Every year at the Dental Success Summit, we award personalized black belts to our mastermind members who are able to maintain below 50% overhead, and 80% or greater in our leadership, cultural and systemization assessments. The pandemic has kept us from celebrating in person, but we did our best to celebrate virtually. Congratulations and much love on this accomplishment!! ♥️♥️
