Sorry we have an updated recently. But due to medical issues, financial issues and major stress we have been on a hiatus. We are working our way back and are still here for some roadside assistance. Currently our truck is out of service though. We can still do tires, batteries, fuel.

Hopefully we'll be back up and running completely soon. Thank you for your continued support.

We are moving to our impound lot location. We apologize to all customers who have had to use another tow company during our temporary service interruption. We will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas day; though prices may not be what this page states. Our prices are changing. We will also a new number (563) 213-6301 starting Dec 24th and 25th.

RT&T Repair in East Dubuque IL:

Just unbelievable treatment from Andy Miller, the service manager. As many of the drivers and staff know my husband has been fighting for his life battling cancer for quite some time right after having a stroke. Instead of sending a letter to us letting us know we needed to move Trace's truck from the lot, and he took it upon himself to have my husband's truck impounded for $1,600 that there's no way we would have paid it considering all the medical/financial currently. My husband considered Andy to be more than just a fellow worker or some mechanic. He considered him a friend and helped Andy many times and this was the reward we get for it. If I were you drivers I would not trust my truck in that lot under Andy's care because if he gets in a mood where he doesn't want to see your truck he'll probably have yours impounded too. Don't let his friendliness fool you. All you guys are just a paycheck to him underneath the friendly Act. If I could have given negative Stars I would have. Because of what he's done he has literally destroyed a man who was fighting to rejoin the trucking community finally and Andy rip that out from under him and has left him a Broken Man because of this.

I know many of you dog owners consider your dogs to be your children and try to keep them as safe as possible. I am asking everyone to please keep your dog on a leash or a lead when Outdoors. Whether it's on vacation at a campground or just set up Park or even your own unfenced yard. Bellevue's train cannot stop in the blink of an eye yet your dog can disappear in the blink of an eye. Monday I found one of two dogs that got loose and disappeared. One was okay but had been thrown across rocks and was pretty banged up. It was definitely in shock but we were able to bring her out of it. Her brother unfortunately did not make it across the tracks and was struck by the train coming through Bellevue Monday afternoon. It's a sight I wish no one ever has to deal with, but I picked up the 80 pound deceased dog and we took him to the vet with the owner and let her say an emotional goodbye. I threw my back out picking the dog up to get it off the tracks but I knew I couldn't leave a dog to the turkey vultures or the train so we took time to care for the dead dog properly. I don't ever want to see another dog hit by a train, so I plead with all of you dog owners, anywhere Outdoors that is not fenced in, no matter what you're doing, please please put your dog on a leash or a lead. No dog deserves what happened to this one. It'll be a long time before I forget about this dog even though he wasn't mine.
