Big Sandy Area Agency on Aging would like to thank Ryan Howell and Kentucky Power for approving our grant application through the AEP Foundation. We were able to order 701 three-day shelf stable meal boxes for our home delivery meal program for the 15 senior centers in the Big Sandy Region. These shelf stable meals are so important for our senior meal program to provide safe, easy, and reliable nutrition in times of inclement weather and emergencies.
