Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service
Control shrink, expenses, and payroll
Maintain scheduling for Team Mates, and ensure scheduling covers peak periods, as well as minimize overtime.
Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing, and assortment in all departments; ensure selling floor is adequately stocked
Review department/store trends and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through and audits, etc.
Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
Train and develop Assistant management in all aspects of the business; direct and monitor training and development for all store personnel.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Maintains store appearance, cleanliness and product presentation to company standards.
Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
Oversees and ensures that the overall store condition complies with company standards including; cleanliness, store and foodservice - fast, friendly and delicious, sanitation, customer service and
Merchandising – thereby maximizing store profitability, expense control, inventory levels and shortage control.
Ensures team members are current on product
Maintains 100% in-stock excellence on top selling items.
Examines merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed.
Builds strong, sales focused teams through recruiting, hiring, training and coaching to develop top performing team members.

2 week advance schedule send the next week every week.
Manager required on schedule the day a new hire starts.
Remember with new hires start date should be the same day they actually starts there first day at work.
