Alpha Fit Club is an empowering circuit-style, strength and conditioning group fitness experience. It is a confidence-boosting workout in a high energy and inspiring atmosphere with an incredibly supportive community.

6 unique stations, completed together in "accountability packs", AFC workouts feature high intensity intervals paired with total body strength training that builds muscle, strength and endurance. At Alpha Fit Club you are part of a team, because we are stronger together. From our Accountability Packs to the supportive coaches, you are never just a number.

1,000 classes. 1,000 hours. 1,000 days of choosing to show up for yourself and our community. The commitment, consistency, and resilience are UNMATCHED!

We’ve been open for 1,200 days, and Maria has been here for 1,000 of them… JUST WOW. 🤯❤️

From crushing Alpha Games to closing in on 1,000 CLASSES, Jen continues to show us what it means to be part of the Pack. Her dedication, positivity, and the way she supports those around her make our community so special. 🐺💪

We’re still riding the high from Saturday. What a community. 🤍

There is simply nothing like showing up for your people — strangers, family, and everything in between. Watching our Princeton Pack come together, support one another, and leave it all out there was something special.

We are SO proud of our Princeton Pack and the entire Alpha Fit Club community. This is what it’s all about.

As most of you have heard around the studio… we’re ADDING A SECOND ALPHA X! 🔥

Starting October 8th, Alpha X is coming to Thursday nights at 6:15 PM! 💪

We’re so excited to give you all another opportunity to get after it and challenge yourself!

👉 5:00 PM will still be our standard Wolfpack class
👉 6:15 PM will be Alpha X
👉 Thursday’s Alpha X will be different from Sunday’s, so you’ll have even more variety to keep pushing yourself!
