Had the privilege to work on this beautiful home up in the Garner area. Had some drainage issues and rough soil from construction. We brought in some high quality screened top soil, then got everything Harley raked in and graded. Finally we laid sod in the biggest area and over-seeded and fertilized the rest.
Follow-up will include spraying applications for weeds and fertilizer.

Had the opportunity to do a driveway project recently for a great customer in Zebulon. This one had its challenges with an internet fiber line and the main power for the house being in the driveway. We dug out the old undermined driveway, replaced with larger pipe, and hand laid rip rap to cap the ends. Then the concrete drive was replaced.
