Out of everything I’ve built in this business, I think this might be what I’m most proud of. 🥹💙
I received this message from one of my cleaners and cried.
When I started Capatasto Cleaning, of course I wanted to build a successful business. I wanted happy clients, a full schedule, and a company I could be proud of.
But somewhere along the way, it became about so much more than cleaning houses.
I wanted to create a place where my team actually enjoyed coming to work. Where women supported each other instead of competed with each other. Where everyone felt appreciated, respected, and cared about—not just as employees, but as people. Where I could be the kind of boss I always needed but never got.
We aren’t perfect. We have hard days. We make mistakes. We laugh, we learn, we hold each other accountable, and sometimes we probably drive each other crazy. 😂 But we are a team.
Reading that my girl feels lucky to be part of what we’ve created means more to me than any number on a spreadsheet ever could.
I’m incredibly proud of how much Capatasto Cleaning has grown—but I’m even more proud of WHO we are while we’re growing.
This is the culture I always hoped to create. And seeing my team actually feel it? That’s success to me. 🥹🩵
