Virtual Oasis Solutions, LLC

I’ve been coming back to my “why” lately, and I’ve realized it’s shifted more than I expected.

For a long time, I shared that I started Virtual Oasis Solutions to support business owners in focusing on their work and what matters most to them.

And that’s still true.

But over time, I realized my “why” goes deeper than that.

It’s about building a business that allows for:
time freedom…
space to create…
and a life that actually supports the things that matter most.

That shift has changed not just how I operate, but how I support others.

I’ve noticed a difference in how I show up each day — more grounded, more clear, and honestly… better.

What’s your “why” behind what you do?

Sharing this transparently in case it helps another business owner. Some seasons require more strength than others. Navigating challenges, grief, and the unexpected, while running a business has taught me the real value of support. Having a team that steps up, carries the weight with me, and allows me to delegate without guilt means everything. This business started with me, but succeeds because of we, not just me.

Happy New Year, everyone!

We made it through 2024, and are celebrating the start of a brand new year!

There's something very special about this time of the year. We each have a clean slate.

There is always something to be done as an entrepreneur, but one of the most important things we can do after the holidays is to pause, plan, and start to prepare for the year ahead.

Regardless of your schedule, we hope you'll take the time to think about and then write out what you want to see 12 months from now in December. Our offices have been closed for the majority of this week so that we can do that ourselves.

The VOS team wishes you much success within your business in 2025! We are rooting for you every step of the way!
