From vulnerable moments with executives to celebration of our why with an incredible partner and client Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. From aha moments of what could be to admission of fear standing in the way of moving us forward. From new virtual emerging leaders training with a completely new and exciting cohort from Amica Insurance to the beautiful mountains of Colorado. So. So. This week, half full, llc facilitators took it to the west coast again to see our friends at CBEM LLC - as if their mission isn’t inspiring enough, you HAVE to meet this team! Two days chock full of team building, strategizing, deep dive conversations and LOTS of laughter!

The dedication this team has to maintaining their people-first culture as they grow is truly remarkable. And their commitment to making sure they get together in person to build on that workplace culture is a huge reason for their success.

We are grateful to everyone for leaning in, trusting the process and for our partnership! We can’t wait to be back in January!

Why a photo of a toilet for this week's round up?

The office was our home this past week. It was a week full of virtual facilitation and planning for several year-end gigs and 2027 strategies. When the team is all together in the office, we have an opportunity to lean into our own workplace culture - this week, the reminder was how we showed up for one another through the lens of equality in the workplace.

In consideration of all genders in the workplace, for those of us who have gender neutral bathrooms and these toilets at work (or at home!), a simple solution to the way we leave it for the next person who uses it is to put both the seat and the lid down after usage. Easy! Fair! (And more sanitary!)

WOW! These last few weeks have been full of IMPACT!

People often ask us if our summers slow down at half full, llc - in fact, we actually get busier! Our social impact model is in FULL force in the summer!

Of the literally thousands of photos that were captured, here is a SUPER sneak peek into all of the amazingness that these last few weeks have brought the half full, llc core team, flex facilitators, clients, community partners and residents, teenagers from all over the state ... and so, so many more:
.. The annual end of summer Block Party brought over 1,000 people! Vendors, fun, food, music, games - SUCH a great night!
.. The August Teen Institute brought over 55 youth, youth staff and adult staff for our five-day overnight retreat! Positive youth development, leadership and awareness of substance misuse - SUCH a meaningful and transformational experience for everyone!
.. Faculty/staff team building with over 70 employees at Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School and Providence College Admissions during their orientation week! SUCH good people doing SUCH good work!!!

Thank you to EVERYONE who made these last few weeks possible through your partnership, your trust and your servant leadership!!

This is us! This is our week! And we loved it!

We brought together so many of our facilitators, experience partners and service-driven friends for a week of impact, learning and fun!

From United Way of Rhode Island’s all staff day where we curated a custom team building experience with our core team of facilitators and experience partners TEN31 Productions, Beth Killian, Chachi Carvalho, Melissa Bowler, The Guild Pawtucket and Casa Azul Taquería …

… to facilitating Leadership Rhode Island’s Bread and Salt dinner with a very special group of leaders from throughout the state centered around our Response-Ability as leaders to take advantage of the opportunity to foster an environment of hope.

From Goldman Sachs 10KSB Cohort 27 interviews with the amazing staff and business community at GS10KSB Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) …

… to yesterday’s Teen Institute training with our adult and youth staff who are ready to support up to 35 teenagers on a four night, five day leadership retreat (we still have a few spots left if you know a teen who would like to join us August 19-23!).

And everything in between!

It was a week of mission moments and validation into the work we do and the people who want to be with us on this great journey! We are extremely grateful for all of you, our clients and all our partners!
