At TU Dining at The University of Tulsa, Ernest Soto has carried a spirit of service throughout his life — first in the military and now through his continued support of fellow veterans in the Tulsa community.

Soto, a Native American Vietnam veteran, served in the United States Navy from 1970 to 1976 as an MM2 Machinist Mate Second Class Petty Officer. Reflecting on his years of military service, he says the experience shaped the values he carries with him every day.
