Our focus for this week is hygiene and wellness maintenance. Please remember to clean or replace your toothbrush and ensure your water sources or filters are clean.

- Friends: Engage with an accountability partner.
- Introspection: Track your habits daily.
Week 3: Well-being (Green)
The focus for this week is resetting your mind and reducing stress. For those with children, the book Sitting Still Like a Frog is a recommended resource for introducing basic well-being practices.
Additionally, the Frog Week activity board is centered on the letter W and the numbers 6 and 23.
