We are a full service local business distributing/displaying your promotional print material to all accepting locations from as far east as the Sandcastle Resort to as far west as AWOL, and as far north as Provincetown airport to as far south as the high speed ferry and everywhere in between, weekly, year-round for less than the cost of mailing them through the post office. During the high season
(July and August), we visit over 100 unique locations with your material in hand. Our fee for this in demand service is $80.00* for any single piece for one week distribution. Please note posters and postcards with same content count as one item. We do offer discounted rates for YEAR-ROUND accounts, LONG SEASON accounts (April through December), REGULAR SEASON accounts, HIGH SEASON accounts, SPECIAL EVENTS accounts (4th of July, Bear Week, Carnival) and because we believe in our community, seriously discounted and even sometimes FREE NON-PROFIT accounts.

Now for all the nitty-gritty details (there are none because we do it all for you). Just remember our slogan:
IN BY TUESDAY, OUT BY FRIDAY. Once you contact us, we will arrange pick up of the material (Ptown based), bundling of your material and delivery. CARD COUNT:
We will need approximately 1,000 pieces for a good blanketing of locations we service but we will work with any amount of printed material you furnish us with. We bundle your cards in counts of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 or more depending on the location. Below is a guide we use when bundling your cards. Oh, and please, let us bundle your printed material. That way we are able to make accurate bundle counts.. CARD COUNT BREAKDOWN:
10 rooms or less are bundled in packets of 5 pieces
11-30 rooms are bundled in packets of 10-20 pieces
30 and up are bundled in packets of 20 and up
Locations with high traffic are bundled in groups of 10 and up
Ferries, airport, campgrounds are bundled in groups of 10 and up If given 800 or more cards, we usually will leave stacks of 25 or more at the campgrounds, airport and ferries
POSTERS:
Posters are the most difficult to place and the one item hardest to guarantee posting (usually due to space limitations at these businesses and guest houses). It is recommended you have smaller posters (11 x 8.5). Here is a rough estimate on poster counts to help better guide you on your printing needs:
POSTER COUNT:
Small posters (11 x 8.5) - up to 35 locations have places to post small posters
Large posters (17 x 11 or 14 x 8.5) - 14 of the 35 locations can handle larger posters
It is up to the business owner on what they post and how they post it. After bundling your material for distribution, we then bundle all the submitted material for that week into one packet for each location we deliver to. It is important for you to realize that all we can do is submit your material to the business owners and let them decide what they will display and how. When given the opportunity to display the material ourselves, we do everything in our power to make sure your material is front and center. If you go to a location we visit and do not find your material there, it is either because the business owner did not want to display it or some other person, possibly a competitor has taken them when they displayed their own or of course, the best scenario, the tourists loved your material so much they took them all. Be comforted in knowing that if you use us on a weekly basis, then each and every business listed on our route will get more of your advertising material every week. In the event it was the owner that decided not to display it, we will not continue to deliver your material to that business.
