We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. In this position, you will greet guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy people and are committed to doing excellent work, then we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

* Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
* Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system
** Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
* Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
* Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including providing them with applications, pens and clipboards along with any reference material they may need, such as telephone directories or Wi-Fi passwords
* Handle filing and data entry as requested

Once you get a client.. how do you make them happy and keep them yours forever??
Every post is always how to get more clients.. never on HOW to help them be successful.
But here’s the truth..
Taking care of your clients is one of the easiest ways to keep your pipeline full of new clients
So here are the 7 things that you need on your fulfillment side
1 - Never reschedule
I learned this from investing in a bad coach.. Rescheduling says first.. your time is not valuable enough and second that your not a man of your word. Stick to your appointments.
2 - Communication daily
The one thing that every client wants is to succeed as fast as possible. If you have a meeting and then don’t respond to a message for 4 days it leaves them feeling undervalued AND they feel like they are losing days where they could be progressing
3 - Be apart of something greater
One of the magical bullets to get clients is to have a WHY or a CAUSE that people can join.. it’s the same for fulfillment. When clients feel they’ve joined a community working towards something bigger than themselves it brings fulfillment
4 - Don’t wing it
Prepare for your calls. Make sure you know exactly what the plan is and what your trying to accomplish
5 - Framework
Following this will create consistency in your life and will help you understand better how to serve your clients
6 - Done for you (when you can)
The most appealing thing in the coaching world is done for you. People want results! And they don’t want to spend their lifetime trying to figure it out on their own.
7 - Team
You may have a ton of strengths.. but it’s not enough.. do what you do best and hire out the rest. To give your customers the best possible experience you need a team.

This parent just wouldn’t quit 😱
We recently were on a small vacation where we stayed at a couple different hotels over the course of 6 days
Our goal with my 2 kids was to swim as much as we can and become masters of swimming 💪🏼
On our first day at the second hotel there was a beautiful pool.
My wife and I went and jumped in the hot tub and our kids went out to the pool (like a small water park)
A lady sitting near us all the sudden started screamed across the pool at one of her kids..
About two minutes later she yells in another direction at another child
No kidding.. two minutes later she rips out of the hot tub and stomps towards her kids screaming the entire way!😱
This time she put one of her kids in a 5 minute time out
She battled her kids the entire time we were there (about 1 1/2 hrs)
I don’t share this story to shame parents for yelling at their kids... because parenting isn’t easy
But it’s a great example to talk about Leadership and how we can help ourselves and others
Whether your a parent in the home or a boss at a job or your an entrepreneur running your own business
Leadership ALWAYS starts with yourself
The 5 things to start with are... Vision (goals, what, why), strategy (how), identity (who you need to become), skills (personal development), and habits (consistency).
These are the things you should look and improve inside YOURSELF that will help you succeed.
