Very important and troubling ruling when it comes to businesses in Northern Utah when it comes to dealing with the Homeless population. The city, state and courts have turned down basic protections to businesses and residents who are being negatively affected by the growing homeless population.

"On 9-11-2001 many of our lives were changed forever by the cruel actions of evil men.

From that day forward the reality of “Sheepdogs”, those of us who have sworn sacred oaths to protect our fellows, has become crystal clear.

We will always stand up for what we know to be right and just. When confronted with evil and violence we will stand steadfast in its way, look it in the eye and defeat it.

Warriors, First-Responders, and concerned citizens must continue to work Better, Smarter, Longer, Harder, Faster, and Stronger than our foes.

In the years since 9/11 I have been the beneficiary of many friendships with truly great men and women who have honored their oaths to defend their Nation and its citizens.
