Attention High Schoolers! Have any of you felt restricted by the schools wifi? Do you not like how they block practically everything? Well what if it wasnt like that? What if you had a way around it?
Introducing, the Snazcat VPN! The Snazcat VPN is a service I have whipped up which allows anyone with a login to connect while at school and have all your data sent securely over a server. Completely skipping past any filtering techniques!
One might ask, is this against the rules? And your answer is no. By using this VPN, you are modifying only your own traffic. It does not at all affect the schools network in anyway.
Another might ask, are there other benefits to using this? Absolutely! By connecting to the server, all your networking stuff will be encrypted. That means hackers, or other malicious people will have a much harder time stealing your data. It makes you much more secure.
Yet another benefit it has is it will save you data on your phone plan. Instead of using your cell phone data to browse whatever you normally do, you can use the VPN! Because you are connected to the wifi while you are using this, none of it has to be transfered over data. For many of you, using this service will actually save you money!
Now this service is not at all free for me to run. It costs money to host servers. So unfortunately, this service is not free. However, I have worked hard to keep the prices as low as possible. A single login is currently priced at $3/month.
