Some people say we’re “just tow truck drivers” .
We may do menial things such as jump start your car or change your tire in a mall parking lot, or unlock your car door.
Sometimes you may have to be inconvenienced by these mishaps and then it gets compounded by the wait time for us to arrive.
Please be patient with us as you have no clue what the previous call was.
Sometimes our days are light and fun and sometimes we have to assist in a fatal wreck. In towing one of the hardest things
I’ve ever had to do is pick up the pieces of someone’s life, someone’s last mistake or someone’s last lane change, someone’s last sip or last breath.
You’ve never had a hard day until you’ve had to pick up bloody little gloves, or a bloody little hat, or bloody clothing that had to be cut off of the victim.
You’ve never had a hard day until you’ve had to lead a mother or father to claim the vehicle that their child died in, and watch them break down.
We have long days and a job harder than you could ever fathom, so please be patient with us, the last call may not have been all smiles
