Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting

The order has been appealed and business owner are again required to do this.

If you have a registered business with the Colorado Secretary of State you have until January 13, 2025 to file or face a fine of $591 PER DAY beginning January 14, 2025.

I have set aside January 7, 2015 for BOI reporting. Appointments every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00-2:30 PM. I will allow walk-ins during these times but appointments will have priority.

What you will need:
1. Driver's License
2. EIN number (or social security number if you don't have one)

Cost: $75 if done in this day. Appointments outside of this day and times will be $100.

There is no cost to do the actual filing if you choose to do it yourself.

This must be filed by 12/31/2024 or you will receive a $500 PER DAY fine per entity you own!

If you own a business that you no longer operate go in and dissolve that business!!!

As you know I don't make business posts in the group but this is important and could cost you a lots of money!
