✨ Meet Steff ✨

Steff Lewins is our Customer Service Supervisor for Bay Tek and has been part of the Village family for over 18 years!

⭐Favorite part of the job:
“My favorite part of the job is being able to connect with customers and my coworkers beyond just the job side. You are not just employee or a rep on the phone, you are family. I love answering the phone to discuss with customers on the terrible way a football game went down or the exciting trip they have planned during holiday break before we even begin to talk about getting an order started.”

✨ Fun fact:
A fun fact about Steff is that she has a fraternal twin brother who is a half hour older than her. Some would say he is the better twin, but she will let you be the judge of that.

🏡 Outside of work:
When not at work you can find Steff at a court, mat, or field side at basketball, lacrosse, football, soccer, and wrestling - cheering on her two boys being "that MOM. When sports are on pause and she gets a moment to herself you will find her adding to her story of tattoos or working on endless projects around the house.

🥤 Go-to snack:
Cool Ranch Doritos & Cherry Dr. McGillicuddy's with 7UP with pickle spear. Don't knock it 'til you try it.

Steff leads by example, often arriving early and staying late to ensure the day's work gets done. I especially appreciate her commitment to continuous improvement and her drive to help move our organization forward. Beyond her incredible work ethic, Steff has a heart of gold. She genuinely cares about supporting others, is an excellent listener, and always offers thoughtful ideas and solutions when you're trying to figure out the best way to bring a vision to life.

Employees enjoyed another great afternoon filled with delicious food, great company, and time to connect and celebrate together. ☀️🌭🎉
