✨ Meet Andy ✨

Andy Neerdaels is our Licensing Manager for Dimensional Branding Group [DBG] at The Village Companies and has been part of the Village family for over 6 years! Andy is responsible for leading brand licensing strategy, negotiations, and partnerships, with a focus on entertainment, gaming, and character brands.

⭐Favorite part of the job:
The best part of the job is brokering licensing deals for our smaller clients that turn into significant amounts of money that make huge positive impacts on their lives. It is especially rewarding to go out and see people buying or wearing or playing a game or product that we helped make happen through a licensing deal.

✨ Fun fact:
Andy started at the Village as an intern 6 years ago!

🏡 Outside of work:
When Andy’s not at work, you’ll likely find him at home “enjoying his mortgage” or going out to a restaurant.

🥤 Go-to snack:
When it comes to snacking? You can never go wrong with a handful of Cheddar Goldfish Crackers!

💬 From his leader, Lance Treankler:
Andy is someone who brings positivity to our workplace day in and day out. Andy is a caring individual who brings a different perspective to our consumer products brands with the purpose of making our team and brands better.

We are grateful to have Andy at The Village and he’s doing a great job launching Dimensional Branding Group to the next level!

09/11/2026

On this day, we honor the memory of those lost on September 11, 2001, and pay tribute to the courage, compassion, and resilience shown in the face of tragedy. As we remember, we also recognize the enduring strength of the individuals, families, and communities forever impacted. Today, we pause for remembrance, reflection, and unity.
