We've shared stories about Friday Lunch before, and today we're excited to highlight how Nez Perce County 4-H became a caterer for our Lewiston factory. This partnership helps fund the Citizenship Washington Focus program, giving local students the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C., for a firsthand experience of American government and history. Friday Lunch is a long-standing SEL tradition, made possible in part by the local businesses that help feed our employees each week. As the company has grown, so has the need for caterers who help serve thousands of employees every Friday.

We've featured a few of these partners in the video below. We are grateful for their hard work and contributions to the communities we share.

Progress continues on the new SEL electronic device manufacturing facility at Schwartz Campus in Moscow, Idaho.

Crews are making significant progress on concrete work, including foundations and floor slabs. In total, the project includes approximately 10,250 cubic yards of concrete across footings, walls, slabs, and future wall panels.

Teams are also preparing forms and materials for the facility's tilt-up concrete wall panels, an exciting phase that will soon make construction activity even more visible across the site.

Thank you to the SEL employees, contractors, and partners whose teamwork and dedication continue to move this project forward.

Every year, SEL provides each employee the opportunity to direct $100 of the SEL Corporate Giving fund to their school of choice through the annual School Donation Program. With nearly 9,000 employees worldwide, donations reach many schools and make a significant difference in the lives of thousands of children.

The thank-you notes and photos we receive offer a glimpse into the impact of these contributions. Whether supporting classroom projects, educational toys, or STEM programs, these donations create meaningful opportunities for students.

Thank you to all of the employees who participated in the donation program. As we wrap up the final week of school donation entries for 2026, we're delighted to share some of the thank-you notes and pictures sent by 2025 School Donation Program recipients.

Meet Nathan, regional property operations manager based in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Nathan has been with SEL for more than seven years and focuses on delivering solutions to everyday challenges while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment for employee owners.

In his role, Nathan works behind the scenes to support the facility and the teams who rely on it each day. He recently helped expand an underutilized space to support growth of an SEL product line. This improvement will nearly double production capacity and help meet increasing demand.

Nathan values the shared commitment across his team to quality and customer satisfaction. “The team truly cares about delivering the best product and delighting our customers,” he shares.

He also takes pride in the West Lafayette facility itself. From its upkeep to its appearance, Nathan appreciates being part of a location that reflects the care of the people who work there. “It’s a beautifully maintained site that stands out as you drive down the road,” he says.

Through his focus on problem-solving and operational support, Nathan helps create an environment where teams can do their best work each day.

Thank you, Nathan, for the many ways you support your team and help keep SEL running smoothly.
